Been in a war with a hacker recently...

...and I've got no idea how to stop it.

It seems that he's been using the reset password feature to create a new password for himself after I do so. I originally thought it was a keylogger, so I completely wiped WoW from the machine, ran all manner of virus and malware scans to double check, and they found nothing. I even dealt with account details through a completely different PC - however, they were still able to change my password. I found a message from Blizzard in my trash about a password change/account recovery, and the timestamp on the message was at a time when I was on a train about an hour away from my PC.

The passwords I use are not easy to crack - random combinations of capital and lowercase letters, symbols, numbers, etc. I've changed the passwords on all of my email accounts ever associated with WoW multiple times now, but the current email I use for WoW keeps having its password changed, as recently as an hour ago.

How do I stop this from occuring? It's stressing me out and it is almost to the point where I want to cancel my Cataclysm order purely because I'm going to have to spend the whole time fighting some idiot for my account to play.

(I know I need an authenticator - I don't have a supported mobile and I'm trying to find a way to buy online to get the keyring)

I'd recommend immediately establishing a new and totally unrelated email account. That will effectively change your account name.

It may be your email that's been compromised, we are seeing more and more of that lately.

It's entirely possible you also have some yet undetected malware.

If at all possible, adding an authenticator would add an extra layer of security as well.
