With season 8 finally coming to an end we've realized that our team rating (2703) on US-Retaliation battlegroup qualified for the Gladiator Title / Mount and decided to just end it on that rating. On the day of Tuesday, October 19th, 2010 after the server restarted, we have not receive these rewards as a group, not thinking too much of this because Blizzard has had previous problems with handing out these rewards. So tickets were opened as usual, not knowing what the GMs has to say.
On the morning of Thursday, October 22nd, 2010, I recieved an email regarding why my 3v3 Arena Team did not get Gladiator Title / Mount of the end of the season rewards. Realizing that we were at clearly under the "Gladiator Bubble (Top .05% of the battlegroup), we initally thought it was a bug. The follow is a copy of the email that was sent to me regarding my team's exploitation.

The user of the above account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft by the Support staff of Blizzard Entertainment. After a thorough investigation of the recent Arena Season this team has been found to have engaged in illegal means that have helped the team as a whole to achieve the ranking that was listed at the conclusion of the season.
Account Action: Bottom Feeding Duelists - disqualified from end of season rewards.
Offense: Arena Exploitation - Queue Manipulation
Details: The above character was found to have participated in "fixed" arena matches against pre-determined opponents.

After I read this I was confused and wondering, how and why this would of happened. After reviewing almost all the information / knowledge that I currently have access to (Team's Match History), I was left dumbfounded. I do not have any games record via fraps which would probably clear my story. After spending some time reviewing all 300~ games on the Match History, I have yet to see which games we have that would be considered a violation of Queue Manipulation. I was initially going to screenshot all 300~ games before blizzard resets the Team's Match History for the season but I don't think there's a point at this moment nor is worth using my effort.
Did not know how to proceed next, my partner decided to call Blizzard about this; their representative respond was quick (for once). They have managed to "bump/escalate" his ticket that was opened since the afternoon of Tuesday. I also had a ticket opened recently regarding the nature of this issue on Wednesday late afternoon but didn't think too much of it seeing how the new patch just hit, in-game bugs or what not. It turns out my ticket was answered first while I was not in-game but the GM left a message and my partners' escalated ticket is still opened. Here is the following in game message the GM left me:

I thought to myself what would be the best possible solutions on this on going investigation but didn't think too much of it. I've posted on the ArenaJunkies forums seeking help to see if anyone had passed experience with this similar issues in pass/current seasons, but just got trolled regardless. I was thinking about speaking to the GM via the "Need More Help" options but that is no where to be found and seeing how I probably don't have the patience to sit though hours of waiting for a response, I have no idea what to do next. So I have turned to the World of Warcraft Forums for the communities' thoughts / feeling regarding this issue.
TL:DR Version:
-We didn't break an violations but got disqualified at the end.
-Review every game on Match History but apparently GM deemed it a violation.
-Do not know what next step is, so seeking opinion.

PS: Sorry for the long essay, just very frustrated on how blizzard is handling this kind of issue.
