Blizzard entertainment in my eyes are all starting to look like bad pimps...they want their money but when you get caught up by the police they leave you locked up...what kinda pimping is that? Thats basically the statement your making when millions of people pay you a monthly fee and cant even enjoy
the service their paying for, and with little to no result as far as fixing the issue I bet you'll still want your monthly fee? I think its fair to assume you would...I've read thouroughly the posts made about these on-going issues lately and someone said that one should watch their bill and you'd see a credit but never in the past few years have i ever seen a credit or an extension of any type on my game time when you take down servers at will and then they seemingly go down at times when they are not scheduled to be down. All i think anyone from aggramar or any other server that are having these same issues is asking is for you all at blizzard to provide us a better service and much better customer service...afterall we are the consumer. screw it we should all call the better business bureau

We understand what is being asked of us, Venom, but wishing doesn't cause resolutions to ongoing technical issues to appear. Many realm issues can be found and resolved fairly quickly, others are not so easy. It can take time to investigate and to develop, test and implement a resolution for some of the more complex situations.

If you wish to provide feedback regarding this matter you are welcome to post constructively in the Suggestions forum.
