7 days since hack - no char. restoration yet

My account got restored last Friday, Oct. 15th from a hack and 4 of my toons were transferred to another server.

The guy on the phone Friday told me no more than 10 hours. I have since called back twice and gotten the same response.

Yesterday I finally got an email saying to submit my transfer requests through the website. I submitted four requests... one for each character.

How much longer am I going to have to wait? Tomorrow will be 7 days with no results.
