Game Time Refund/Credit

I have had issues with ALL of the knows bugs and do not feel like I should have to pay for a service that I cannot use as intended. Everyone has had issues, some big, some small. Personally I havent seen a single person complain about the game being unplayable. Some have lag, but thats not unplayable, its just slow.

Good luck with getting a credit, I have a feeling you are going to need it.

Before I replied to your post, Degraded, I wanted to verify if the game has been unplayable as you stated. The account you have posted from has put in quite a number of gameplay hours since the patch, so I am not sure how this could be considered “unplayable”.

With that said, any credit that may or may not be granted is provided on a realm wide basis and not on an individual level. To add, compensation will not be provided until we have determined that the issues at hand have been resolved. It is only then that we will decide if compensation is indeed warranted.
