Lost Authenticator...

First: Sorry if this is the wrong forum... can't honestly think of where it should go.

Ok so my GF lost her Authenticator Keychain. We can't seem to find it anywhere so we were just going to order her a new one. So we are curious what process we would have to go through to get her old one deattached from her account in order to activate a new one which we will order soon.

I am sorry to hear that she has lost her authenticator, Blastomage.

In order to get the authenticator removed from the account, she will need to contact Account Services by either phone or email. Upon proper verification of the account the authenticator will be removed.

Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc

Does your girlfriend have an iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, or a Droid? If so she can download the authenticator application for free. If she does not have either of those devices, she may wish to see if her phone is compatible.
