Sinister Calling issue

On one of my characters, he received the hallowed helm in a past year of hallow's end and just yesterday

got the sinister squashling but did not recieve credit for having the helm even though it was in his bag at

that moment and he even put it on and took it off but did not receive credit for the helm. I was not sure

whether to open an ingame ticket or post here so would someone know what do do about this?
