No Fires in Goldshire

Maybe its just me, but I've been waiting about 20 minutes now for the Headless Horsemen to arrive in Goldshire to do the "Put Out The Fires" quest. And seems like other people as well and have been waiting longer. Is this just normal or just a bugged/script issue?

I just want to bring it to attention of Blizzard. You may need to Realm Restart so it works again!

Are you only not able to see the fires in Goldshire, or are you thinking there is an issue with the event all together? I was taking a look into this, Alliselia, and currently see the fires in Kharanos.
