Complain against a Blue Poster

Last night i was browsing the forum checking if the issue about disconnection was already resolved. i came across a complain about the same issue and saw a blue for the 1st time since 12th of Oct trying to address the issue. After days of waiting for blues to say something about this issue, i became very disappointed with the situation and i said this:

[removed]

come on! even if most of us here are not IT professionals, it is very obvious that bliz is still guessing and trying to fend off the blame. this is getting so tiring.[/quote]

i got a temp. ban because of this for TROLLING. before expressing your dis/agreement on what i did, here is my point:

- i posted a complain since 12th oct, and you can also see others complaining about the issue of getting disconnected immediately after loading.
- i didnt get any answer (until now). so i made it a point to visit the forum and check occasionally. so everytime i see a similar complain, i am confirming on his thread that i also have the same problem.
- yesterday, 20th, after 8 days, i saw a blue addressing the complain. he is asking the guy to check the modem/router, connect directly using cable, etc etc.
- my point is i was expecting that the reason why blues chose to be invisible during these 8 days is because they are trying to solve the problem and chose not to reply without any solutions yet.
- thats why i got so disappointed with the scene. for me they should have known by now how to fix it.

- then i got a tempo ban. saying "hijacking other player's threads, discouraging them from troubleshooting".

i am not trolling, im telling the truth and i am complaining about the same issue.
im a customer here, im saying what i feel. if that BLUE thought i was trolling then he should 1st give a warning and not immediately make a action. it is not a professional way to treat a customer.

anyway, i dont know who imposed/requested the ban but the blue poster that time on that thread was [removed]

so i assume he is the one responsible for the ban. nothing personal man, just being professional.
