Volunteer for free server transfer?

Blizzard, I see that you are currently offering free transfers to Dentarg server from certain high pop servers to bring population to this low pop server.

I am very interested in transferring all my characters to Dentarg but my server is not on the list.
I am on a medium pop server so I doubt that it will be added to the list. When the last expansion WotLK came out I had 1-2 hour server queues and the game was unplayable.
I really want to transfer to a low pop server so I can avoid long server queues.

The problem is that my server is full of 10 characters I want to keep. Ive played my characters for over three years now and I do not want to start over again with new characters.
And I could never afford the $250.00 to transfer them all, but I am willing to volunteer leaving my server and transfer everything to help populate Dentarg.

Is there anyway that I can volunteer to transfer all my characters for a free server transfer?
