I opened a ticket asking about my Sound Lag issues, wherein the sound files do not load properly for Boss fights, and all catch up part way through, lagging me out with the cacophany of sound. I waited a day for the response, which was the usual Blizzard "It's a UI issue, reset it by deleting Interface, WTF and Cache", and inviting me to open another ticket if this didn't work. It didn't work.
Opened another ticket, informing Scralzort of this and asking for further advice. After another day or so, I receive another in game mail saying "We have a fix for you, check your Email". Lo and behold, this fix was a copy and paste of "Reset your UI blah blah blah". And so, I opened another ticket, which was worded significantly less pleasantly than my previous petitions, telling Scralzort that I needed an actual response, rather than the rubbish he was sending me, and that his "fix" was as useless as it has always been.
This ticket was met with...dun dun dun! Scralzort telling that it was a UI issue and I needed to delete my folders. Twice was frustrating, but three times? This is just extremely poor customer service on his part, and he needs some sort of action taken against him with regards to his service standards.
Scralzort is a BAD service representative. Simple as that. Scralzort has lowered my already low opinion on Blizzard Customer Service.
