Account Restoration, Continued

TL,DR; Character of account in question and realm, Kynk on Dreadmaul (Was originally on Dreadmaul got compromised and realm transfered, idk how she's back to the original). Still no response yet after 40+ days.

I wish to continue the topic as I am sort of giving up waiting, after posting about my situation I got instructed to fill out the account recovery form and wait for that to be processed. I know this is a fairly complex issue but I'd really like this resolved. I waited for a bit over 10 days and still no response after filling out the form, which says currently 6-12hrs turn around time.

Is there a pending investigation still, I'm not sure anymore whats going on. If there is would sending my ID and account recovery form filled out scanned to billing help?

I'm unsure as to what you are waiting on, Boatman.

That character is indeed back - on Dreadmaul. The last note I see is that it is in playable condition. As long ago as this was, there is little chance of specifics being recoverable.

Was there something specific missing?
