As Bullchanon indicated, Kúrgen, all issues are addressed in the order that they are received, and these forums are not meant as a way to bypass the ticket queue. Those of us who post here on the forums are neither Game Masters nor Billing representatives, and I'm afraid that makes our ability to directly address these issues quite limited. Our purpose is primarily to advise on situations and moderate these forums.
We are not pleased with the queue times either, and we are working as diligently as possible to reduce them. But I'm afraid ti is a natural progression of things that, right after a major patch such as 4.0.1, that service times tend to jump, and often, more drastically than we'd like.
