So i post a post about my problem here and they say I need to wait for my in game ticket (BLUE TEXT RESPONSE) I wait 2 days with a open ticket and end up getting a automatic message that has NOTHING to do with my problem..... EPIC FAIL BLIZ

It looks like your ticket was misinterpreted as another issue, Kraola. I do apologize for the confusion, but as the others have indicated, the issues you described in your ticket are known to us and we are currently working to have them addressed.
