Stop Horde from using exploits in SW

Horde are contently using terrain exploits on top and under Stormwind to summon, buff, and eat. It needs to stop they are cheating to gain an advantage in PVP combat. I report them all the time, but I keep seeing the same people doing it. So please can we perma ban these cheaters? This has got to stop.

The best place to report exploitation is through an in-game petition, which it seem has already been done in this case. The forums really aren't the place to report such issues, as those of us who post here are neither programmers nor Game Masters who are able to address these issues directly.
