So can I call blizzard about ingame issues?

Am I able to call blizzard for in game issues (like item restoration.) and get over the phone support? Because honestly, I'm tired of waiting a week for a gm response who clearly didn't even read the first sentence of my ticket.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with in game gms either. About 8 months ago I had to wait a week for a gm to tell me 1019g+8g+8g = 1027g. I just gave up then because having the annoying ticket box up for another week just wasn't worth the 8g.

Can you? Certainly. Will that help you resolve an in-game issue any differently then submitting a petition would? No.

If you were to contact our Billing and Account Services department they may be able to submit a petition on your behalf but it would go into queue as a petition you submitted.

I am sorry for the response you received, it looks like they missed the last line in your petition. Our petitioning system has had some improvements implemented, one of which is that if you require additional assistance you can click the button "Need More Help" and you will be added to a special queue which will be responded to much more quickly.

The answer was, but I believe what Chuchillo's core issue is that they requested a restoration that was missed.
