Escalated Ticket

I have an escalated ticket regarding continuous in game harassment. I cannot seem to get a GM to respond nor can anyone seem to ban this person. It has been four days. This needs to stop or I will be contacting an attorney. This person has is spamming me with emote, spamming my with profanities, spamming general chat with profanity regarding me, and spamming my guild mates with profanities. They are flagrantly violating the ToS and no one will willing to do anything about him. This makes Blizz complicit in his continued harassment of me and my guild mates, and I will be contacting an attorney if something is not done by 10/22/2010. I have done nothing to instigate this person's continued attacks on me and I have followed all your rules for putting a stop to him. You have the tickets and the chat logs. This is an issue that shouldn't take but two minutes. Get a GM to contact me immediately or ban this person.

There's a few things I would like to clarify that you may not be aware of, Chiyu.

The ticket has indeed made its way in. Keep in mind that a game master will not be able to discuss any account actions against other players. Simply because no response was given to you does not imply that the player was left unpunished. I recommend you check out our penalty volcano in order to get a better idea on what type of actions we take.
