Gm ticket question

There is no way for us in Tech Support to check the queue for the GM department. When you log in to the game, do you still have the ticket window in the top right corner?

Keep in mind that they are probably swamped due to the recent patch changes, be patient and and I'm sure they'll get to it ^_^. I had mine solved within a couple of days :D

I was able to find out that the current response time is at about 5 days.
