Refund?

If we have had nothing but issues since the patch where can we apply for a refund on at least remaining game time.

If you would like to discuss the possibility receiving a refund, you would need to contact Account Services and speak with someone directly. The representative may also be able to address your technical issue as well.

Account Services
Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc

I am sorry to hear you have had issues with the patch. If you have not done so yet, you may want to try looking at the Technical Support Forum. You may find other players with a similar issue and how they were able to resolve it.
