WoW US account but live in EU

Recently, I've been playing WoW with a friend who gave me an invite for 10 days. It looks as if I'm going to be able to hit the level cap and stop having fun at some point within the next day or so, so I'd really like to buy the game and also give my friend all the awesome stuff that is available when a friend registers the game after being referred.

Here's the problem:
Because I live in the EU, my card won't work on the Direct Upgrade that Blizzard supports and I don't really know how I'm going to order a copy of the boxed game from the US when I live in the EU.

What I'd really like to do is give Blizzard my money, but apparently that's far too hard. So what I need is a reliable place that I can buy a WoW CD Key for the US version from. Paypal would be a preferred option of payment.

It would also help if the same place had Pre-Paid cards for a few months worth of gaming as well, seeing as I'm going to run out 30 days after and have no way to purchase them from Blizzard themselves.

It would really help if there was a place I could do that.
I'm not sure whether Direct-2-Drive blocks EU IPs from purchasing WoW, but that's what it looked like...
If anyone's been through the same thing, let me know. I'd kind of like to play WoW with friends this time around.

Thanks <3

EDIT: Also, sorry if this is in the wrong subsection to the forums. I didn't know whether this applied to Technical or Customer support...

As others have mentioned and as I can see from your last post, Friji, billing and account services would be your best option. Chances are the payment is being blocked by the bank or our system to prevent fraudulent charges. Make sure you have cleared it with your bank first.
