Hallowed Helm glitch - Blue Tracker

I have had the Hallowed Helm in my bank for YEARS. I sent a ticket last night because I received the Sinister Squashling and did not get the achievement. The person that replied said basically, so sorry, you didn't loot it. I have had it so long that I can't even remember how I got it, just that I HAVE IT. The achievement specifically says "obtain a sinister squashling and hallowed helm". Even if I received it from another player as your employee stated, (which I don't believe) your achievement wording does NOT say how you are supposed to obtain it. You do have some achievements that *do* say how you are supposed to obtain the item. THIS DOES NOT.

My husband also has several of his characters that actually have the hallowed helm but does not have that part of the achievement listed as obtained. I really, really doubt that we are stupid enough to have several toons that we supposedly traded with another player and don't remember doing this.
I am betting there are a lot of people out there that obtained this in the correct way but never got the credit for the achievement.

I am so angry right now that I can't even speak. We have been loyal wow players for about 5-6 years. I can't even remember how long we have played its been so long. I have worked hard this year to do all of the holiday achievements so that I can get the whole quest line for the "what a long strange trip it's been." And if I don't get credit for something I HAVE IN MY BACKPACKS, I'm going to be really furious. I am seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription if this isn't taken care of. And of course, cancelling my pre-order on the WoW Collector's Edition I have on Amazon.com. I know you don't care in the grand scheme of things if one person quits because you are 'BIG BUSINESS" and the one person doesn't matter to any of you because in the end, you get your paycheck and you don't care. But it matters a lot to me.

I don't have any Hallowed Helms in my bank or bags. I also do not have credit for it on the achievement list.

The pumpkin is BOP. SOULBOUND. Distributed through the DUNGEON FINDER as a DAILY. These are all devices that blizzard has implemented to prevent cheats and exploits. But what does it accomplish when those same failsafes negate the intended flow of the game and actually cheat the customer.

I do see one in your bank, Meph - in a Netherweave Bag. It's in the same bag as your Nat Pagle's Extreme Angler FC-5000 and Green Brewfest Stein. If you destroy that one, loot the new one, I suspect your achievement will kick off.
