My ticket responce:
(Paraphrased) We are sorry you have been harrased by another player and we attempt to stop this behaviour. We do suggest that you use the ignore feature if you get any more harrasment.
Like many other tickets, I get responces like this all the time. I get unhelpful responces and there is no improvement on issues that are reported every day. Thier most common and final answer is "We'll see what we can do" and they completely drop the ticket.
My questions are, just to restate for those who will jump into a diffrent subject,
Why are my tangible tickets being ignored and little effort is done to resolve them?
Why has Blizzard not taken any action on millions of tickets?
Please... just no arrogant responces I'm tired of that.
