Please Blues, Tell Us You're Working On It

I know the CMs have no direct connection to working fixing the current problems, but I'd just like to ask if they're (as in, technicians) are still working on the numerous problems in-game. Ever since 4.0.1:

1) Lock-ups are frequent.
2) Disconnections are frequent.
3) Inspecting doesn't work.
4) Some features (e.g. the default buff icons) show up periodically even though they're disabled.
5) Buffs cannot be canceled / clicked off if using any time of icon addon.
6) Server instability issues are abound.
7) Ticket queues are nearly 5 days long.
8) And more...
