Blizzard ??

I received a e-mail from blizzard.com about Blizz Con and a option to stream it live. Well I clicked on the order button and when I put my user name and password in, it was rejected. I only have one user name with Blizzard (E-Mail address). What's up Blizzard.

Glad you were able to get this sorted out, Lilithdoom. Now, as for your concern with actually ordering the live stream of BlizzCon. You mentioned that it asked for our User Name and Password, if this information is from step one of the Blizzcon.rayv.com registration page, then this is a new account, not something that is already in existence.

You are going to have to come up with a User Name and Password that are completely separate from your Battle.net account. The next field down asks for your Battle.net account name (email address) to be authorized for exclusive BlizzCon merchandise sale. That is where you'll want to put in your Battle.net account.
