I am very sorry for any confusion that was caused, Coleturner. Are you certain that you were told that the issue will be resolved with maintenance or were you told "that we hope to have the issue resolved with maintenance"? It is rare that a member of our staff would give an absolute like that since neither Tech Support or In-Game Support is made aware of what hotfixes or other resolutions and changes will be going in at any given time. Even if we are made aware we understand that until the patch or hotfix is actually applied and the resolution confirmed anything can happen.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide an ETA, though our Quality Assurance and Development team is actively working on a resolution when that may be found and implemented has no determinable time frame.
