I need to speak to a manager please. All this maitenance and the cog wheel STILL isn't fixed. Logged on today and get into HH event and INSTANTLY booted from the game and removed from my guild.

I won't be going through this again for another week, please have a manager call me via the phone number associated with my account. I'll be home all day.

We are getting to the bottom of this today, and figuring out WHO is responsible for this, so that they may be fired and replaced. I'm tired of people getting away with not doing the job they are paid for.

I'm tired of Ctrl+Alt+Delete and using task manager to restart my computer because this game keeps messing up. Blizzard needs to replace my computer as its been restarted so many times the hard drive is now failing.

We are actively investigating the “Cogwheel” issue, Corpy, and we attempt to resolve as many of these issues as quickly as possible. Unfortunately some issues require more in depth investigation and are not “quick fixes”.

We understand you would like a supervisor in the Game Master department to contact you by phone; however that department does not offer phone support. If you wish to contact a supervisor of this department, the proper way to do so would be by emailing [email protected].

While this issue is being investigated, several players have reported success with this very issue by following the instructions here:
