I won't be going through this again for another week, please have a manager call me via the phone number associated with my account. I'll be home all day.
We are getting to the bottom of this today, and figuring out WHO is responsible for this, so that they may be fired and replaced. I'm tired of people getting away with not doing the job they are paid for.
I'm tired of Ctrl+Alt+Delete and using task manager to restart my computer because this game keeps messing up. Blizzard needs to replace my computer as its been restarted so many times the hard drive is now failing.
