Bought the wrong T10 piece and sanct them?

If you are over the point cap, that can impact refunds as well.

Ahh, I'm sorry, I totally missed the upgrade part. Yes, they'll only refund one step back.

Probably worth leaving the petition open so this can be looked at, but prior to an investigation - I'm afraid I really can't give you much in the way of assurance this can be done. Normally we don't in this case, but it will be looked into.
