It doesn't matter what subscription options your recruited friend selects, Hoochi, either way you should receive them once they qualify.
For instance if they do a month by month subscription then you will earn the 30 day credit when the first months subscription is applied to the account. You will earn the mount reward when the second months subscription is applied.
Note that a billable method of payment is not applied until after all available time expires.
If your friend used a 3 month subscription plan you would qualify for both as soon as that payment was processed.
