TCG Redeemed Item Bugged

Unknown if this is related to the patch problems or not, but last Wednesday after patching, I redeemed my TCG loot card code for a Landro's Gift Box.

I received the item with no problem- but it does not open. Where the tag line would normally read "Right-click to Open", it now reads "Made by CharacterName".

I submitted a ticket and waited patiently through the 4+ day long wait for a response, only to be told I should come post on the forums for assistance. I'm not sure why, as its an in game issue, but... well, here I am.

If anyone has any information, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
