Gem Transmute Recipes

On my warrior, Talaragdan, I just got my Alchemy to 450 today, and got the quest in Dalaran to get the recipe to make a Cardinal Ruby. To do this quest, I need to do 5 gem transmutes first. However, the trainer in Dalaran does not have these recipes available for me to learn. According to wowhead, this is where we learn them frmo. Where are we supposed to learn these now? Thanks.

Unfortunately I don't have an update on this, but it is a known issue.

I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience.

I'd recommend keeping an eye out on the boards, but most especially checking back with the trainer periodically. Small adjustments are being made just about daily for various issues at this point. We also have maintenance today and I suspect even more will go in. This one specifically - I don't have an ETA on, however.
