Authenticator Based Ranks

Yes, Karginth, if a guild member with an Authenticator removes the device they should automatically drop to a rank that does not have that requirement. Once they apply the Authenticator back to their account they will need to wait 72 hours from the time they log in after the Authenticator was applied before they can be promoted.
