Faction Change, Terrible Customer Service

On 10/13/10 I paid for a faction change, that I ended up canceling. However I was still charged for the full faction change, it's been 5 days now and still no refund. I've called billing 3 times now and everytime I get the same useless "We never got those funds and never charged you" response. I've seen multiple threads on this even though your faction change page clearly states "Your Credit Card has not been charged at this time" and the confirmation email for the cancel of the Faction Change also stated that my credit card was not charged when it clearly was. I've called the credit card company and they still have the charge listed as "Pending" and it's on YOU Blizzard to cancel the charge. Why do you put that you don't charge my credit card on multiple pages until the change is complete when you instantly charge as soon as it is even in the pending area. Is this not a form of fraud?

I've also never gotten a follow up email from any Billing representative every time I've called in. The first representative said I would have the money back by Friday and here I am on Monday still with a charge for a non-existent faction change.

A pending charge is held by the bank/credit card company, Bueslum, and it is returned to your account based on their policies, not ours. Some banks return pending funds within 3-5 business days, others take longer.

I am sorry for what inconvenience you may be experiencing, Bueslum, the pending funds should eventually return to your account.
