Free Character Move

High population does not equal over populated, Sinshade. The overall population on a realm is monitored continuously and if warranted free character moves are offered.

If you wish to suggest that your particular realm be given a Free Character Move to a lower population realm you are welcome to post in the Suggestions forum.
