"Ineligible" for race change

Hi. I transferred my mage from server to server 5 days ago and now I am trying to change its race but when I go to the race change screen and choose the server it says "Ineligible" and I do not know what else I can do to be able to change my race, hope to hear a response thanks.
This looks like a faction change was just done. Troll to Bloodelf?
