Not able to turn in seasonal quests

I was able to turn in put out the fire 5 times quest, was able to turn into "go look for so and so at here, here and here" quest.. even to loot the big pumpkin head from the horseman and turn in that quest..

but i can't turn in "stop the fires" and "the power of pine" quests... please help..

i am able to get the quest, have the quests completed, talked to the npc, but clicking on the "complete quest" gives me nothing.. thus no achievement.. not giving me credits.. :(

anyone else having this problem? please help me.. i have tried reloading ui, exit game + log in again, disabling my mods too.. nothing helps.. still can't those 2 quests in..

please help >< since they are part of the metas.. :(
