GM's not even reading tickets.

Hello, posting on behalf of a friend since their forum account is banned.

They have put in 3 tickets about missing gear, not enchants, gear. every time the GM's give a reply about missing enchants or something else without addressing the issue which is the following:

He put in his character transfer then mailed some BoA gear to himself but couldn't log in to retrieve it since his xfer was pending. The gear is now lost and he would like it back, thanks.

I am sorry for the responses your friend has received, Onyxsoul, they do indeed seem to be focusing in on one phrase and missing the other aspects to the petition.

I'd encourage your friend to write to [email protected] with their feedback regarding the interaction. That will go directly to their supervisor.

As for the mail, it is strange because he shouldn't have been able to transfer that character with pending mail or send mail once the character was transferred. Have him check the sending character's in-box.
