Duel Boxing Real Idea

If I'm duel boxing 2 accounts, both under the same Battle.net.

What decides which one of my game clients gets the messages from friends. AKA, On my main screen i want Real ID messages to appear only to that one character/account.

It currently appears that it randomly decides which client gets your whispers, and it's rather frustrating. Any help?

I'm not entirely certain, Veliras, I noticed I get those on one or the other as well. It may be whichever account logged in first but I have yet to test it.

Perhaps someone else out there has more information.

I tested the which logged in first thing and that doesn't seem to be the case :( You usually always got the answer Vrak so this is rather disappointing :( Any like tech guys you know you could ask? It's rather frustrating >.<''

Appreciate your help regardless.

I currently don't have anyone to ask. I can certainly look into it and update the thread in a day or two but I doubt I could get an official answer today.

Anyone else with info can post as well :D

Sorry, Veliras, I haven't received a response to my inquiry yet. Hopefully I'll have something when I come in tomorrow.

Sorry, Veliras, I meant to update this thread earlier but been looking into some realm issues.

The answer I got back is: The Real ID whisper should be going to the character that has been logging in the longest. So if you log into the character you want to be communicating through first you should receive the whisper there.

If I character change does it change which account has been on the longest? :l

I believe so, I believe it's based on how long the character has been logged in, not the account. At least that is the impression I got from my inquiry.
