Patch 4.0.1 icc raid lock

i am saved to icc 10 but when i went to do 25 man tonight it told me that i cant enter the instance because some of the enconters have already been finished since when is icc 10 considered the same as 25 man. i dont think that it is fair that i cannot participate in icc 25 when i have not done it at all this week but i did a 10
