Every time I try and do the character transfer I always recieve an error message. are the character transfers down ?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies in your internet browser, or trying a different browser?

Is there a specific error message you are receiving? I may be able to advise the source of the problem, however, I likely will not be able to assist directly. It would be best to contact Billing & Account Services as they are most able to resolve these sorts of issues.
