Grant Levels? - Blue Tracker

I'm having a bit of a problem with my grant level system. My friend had told me about how his brother and himself had made RaF accounts and they told me about how with grant levels they went from 1 to 60 after gathering up enough levels of course. So My gf and I made accounts and we leveled up together with 2 characters and got to about 62 and now I'm trying to give grant levels to my level 34 hunter. I actually had my gf give him 5 2 days ago but now she cant give him any and I'm just confused as to whats happening.

Again, a few more simple questions:

Are you two in the same group?
Are your characters located close by to one another (no more than roughly 20 yards)?

Let me know while I do some more digging. >^.^<

Could I get the names of both the characters and realm that you are attempting this on?

Ah-hah! It appears that Cutasakua is out of grantable levels at this time. Perhaps one of your other characters has already been leveled up?
