Subscription Cancellation

I've been trying to cancel my account for half an hour now. What I've come to conclude is that there is NO way to cancel an account at this current hour. I'll tell you why...

1. The 800 number doesn't take you to anyone listening. It's a recording that tells you you're screwed. Consider it useless.
2. The website (Battle.net and then the WoW site through it) doesn't tell the truth. It says to go down until you see a cancel option, but there is NO cancel option. And before these @%*@*@!s change it up, I already took screenshots. There is literally NO way to cancel an account right now.

What a coincidence! A new patch that many have been complaining about beforehand dropped recently. How convenient for the Cancel Subscription option to disappear! But oh! I'm sure it'll go down as a goof or accident... of course! Who would admit to a sneaky tactic like that? C'mon!

Anyway, I want to cancel my account... I'm tired of this secret menu B.S. and I probably won't ever be back to this game because of this. This is just low, low, low....
