Locked to heroic ICC without any boss kills

My raid group went to ICC 25 on Tuesday but didn't kill any bosses due to lag/interface issues. We returned on Thursday and when it was set to heroic a few of us got saved to a separate ID but without any boss kills. Whenever I tried to zone in I got this message "You are already locked to Icecrown Citadel." but I have not killed any bosses on either normal or heroic this week. Someone in our raid talked to a GM that said to disband, wait 30 minutes, and reform but that did not fix it.

The raid group is returning on Sunday and I would like for my raid lockout to be reset so I can join them.

Hey, Qiz. I took a look into it and pushed a couple shiny red buttons. Can you take a look at it again to see if that worked for you?
