Should my friend or I call?

I referred them into the game so I could get a shnazzy rocket, but apparently it didn't go through right, so when I call the Billing place when they open, should I be the one calling or my referred friend?

In order to make sure the correct account get's fixed, it's recommended that your friend calls, Ostrich. However, if you know the e-mail address your friend used to create the account, you may also call in.

For future reference, you may wish to keep the same thread going instead of creating a new one as it will be easier to track and reply to.
