Prepaid Time Card not working.

I enter the code in exactly as it appears on the back of card, it doesn't appear as though i scratched off any text, the card is perhaps a month old, but I just scratched it off now to enter. I was thinking that could perhaps be the issue. It's not an issue in the Security Check either, the red text informs me that I should consult the guide and look at the physical card.

It's pretty much a bummer, because this will probably be the last 30 bucks I have to spend on wow until January. If there's anything I could do to resolve this and apply the time to my account that'd be great.
