My account was never set back?

I recently had my account hacked after I had some info changed by calling support and all of my names where deleted and I had all of my slots taken up with spam toons and I got this taken care of very fats by support and I was told my stuff would be back to the way it was. well I just added a time card cause the time the guy who hacked my account was removed and all of the stuff is still the same. Will it be put back or not? How long will it take?
