Faction-specific hilt?

Is there anyway to alter the faction-specificness of a battered hilt? I have one and I just realized that I bought the ally version, not the horde version. My only other options involve turning my gorgeous belf into a stinky human or something worse (a dwarf!).

Is this a case where I could ask for the item to be replaced or am I just out of luck? :(

I'm afraid this is a situation our Game Masters would be unable to assist with, Anyee. =>.<= It would be best to seek a buyer via the neutral Auction House. Perhaps you may even be able to make a profit on the item you purchased.
