I'm trying to upgrade my vanilla WoW account to TBC and I'm receiving Error Code 202 (Error 202: We were unable to process your request with the information provided. Please consider purchasing a retail copy of the game or contacting <a href="http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20606&rhtml=true?rhtml=y">Billing and Account Services</a> for further assistance.). This same thing has happened when I tried to upgrade my trial account to a normal account. I know there's probably no fix for this but if a blue could at least post and explain WHY this is happening it would make me feel better about this.
Please fix this! Don't you want my money? ;)
Additional info: Bank of America card, all info correct, balance can cover the TBC upgrade, my I.P. address corresponds to the zip code the card is under, this has happened before while trying to purchase vanilla WoW, but not while subscribing to WoW.
And if the inevitable happens and someone suggests that I call Billing could you please describe the process of the billing phone call?
