It seems this new build is not correctly reading or writing to the config file and so the settings are set to the default each time you turn the game on.
Dang beat me to it. But yes your settings will not be saved, so you'll have to redo everything, every time you load up =(. We're working on a fix and will try to get it out as soon as possible.
