Put out the fires-Can't complete quest

Two of my toons: Acidisco and Comphex, both on the Garrosh server cannot complete the Hallow's End quest for "Put out the Fires." I have done the events for both toons, completed them, and the NPC has a yellow question mark over her head. When I go to turn in the quest however, it will not let me click on the complete quest button. I tried to abandon quest, but it registered as if I actually did complete them, not letting me do them again that day. It happened again the next day. I would like to get my achievements on these toons before Hallow's End is over, and opening a ticket in-game has been done, but doesn't look like it'll be taken care of any time soon. Any assistance you can provide would be great. Thank you for your time.

The fact that you are able to complete it on some characters, but not all, hints to me that this is likely a UI issue, Greyzai.

You will want to complete a full Reset UI and attempt completing the quest without reinstalling your addons first and foremost - from there, you may be able to reinstall them back over time. Keep in mind that simply updating addons may not remove older, possibly corrupt information from the previous version of the addon in question.
