"You have an open ticket...." blocking buffs

The notification that you have an open ticket is blocking buffs so, as a ghost, i can't mount. Pls fix this ASAP

In regards to the GM ticket box covering up your buffs, have you tried temporarily removing addons and resetting your UI?

It appears the issue with GM bubble is currently being looked into. We have received reports of a few players using an addon to move the box, however I was not able to find specifically which one. Feel free to check out our UI & macro forum as there may be other players using it.
